• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
  
  

• Deposits and service fees are non-refundable if cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. However, if proper notice is given, your deposit can either be returned or applied to your next service.
  
  

• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the deposit or service fee.
  
  

•  If you encounter an emergency or unique situation, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate.

• We will never show more than what is apparent in accordance with the opinion of scholars regarding sharīʿah guidelines on the body. This means only the face, hands, and feet may be shown in any photos or videos, and only with your written consent.
  
  

• We will never share images of any body parts that have been waxed, as this falls outside of sharīʿah law.
  
  

• As a creative way to display our work, we may show images such as removed hair on a wax strip or similar visuals — but never the private area itself.
  
  

• For clients who actively cover, we will never show their face, hands, or feet in photos or videos.
  
  

• Photos or videos will only be taken and shared with your explicit written consent, for promotional use by Haya Esthetics Bar and/or Nalim’s Aroma LLC.
  
  

Your Rights:

• You may request to review, update, or delete your personal information at any time.
  
  

• You may opt out of promotional communication by contacting us directly.

Refund Policy:

At Haya Esthetics Bar, we strive to ensure every guest has a positive experience while upholding our commitment to respect, modesty, and Islamic values. Please review our refund policy:

Service Payments & Deposits:

• Appointments booked online are only confirmed once payment is made.
  
  

• Phone or email bookings require a deposit of $25–$50, depending on the service.
  
  

• Deposits are applied to your total service cost.
  
  

Cancellations & Refunds:

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
  
  

• If cancelled within the required timeframe, your deposit may either be refunded or applied to your next service.
  
  

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the deposit or service fee.
  
  

Completed Services

• Due to the nature of beauty and skincare treatments, all completed services are non-refundable.
  
  

• If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please let us know during your appointment so we may make adjustments where possible.

Product Sales:

• Skincare or retail product sales are final for hygienic and safety reasons.
  
  

• Exchanges may be offered only if a product is defective or damaged at the time of purchase.

Modesty & Privacy Clause:

• Haya Esthetics Bar strictly follows Islamic modesty guidelines in all services and promotions.
  
  

• We will never compromise sharīʿah values for marketing purposes. This means that any dissatisfaction related to photography, video, or promotional use that respects modesty standards does not qualify for a refund.
  
  

• Photos or videos of services are only taken or shared with explicit client consent and never include waxed private areas.
